To enforce our 3-device limit and prevent fraud, we temporarily store minimal connection metadata (your IP address, connection timestamps, and approximate location). This data is automatically deleted after 24-48 hours.

Each subscription allows up to 3 simultaneous device connections. You can install the app on as many devices as you want, but only 3 can be connected at the same time.
If you try to connect a 4th device, the oldest connection will be automatically disconnected.
Banking websites generally work fine through Vulcain VPN.
Banking mobile apps are less predictable — many banks block or restrict VPN connections as a security measure.
We recommend testing with your specific bank before relying on it. If your banking app doesn't work, you can temporarily disconnect from the VPN to access it.

We intentionally keep our server count small to ensure quality and performance rather than spreading thin across dozens of countries.
Some speed reduction is normal with any VPN due to encryption overhead. However, we guarantee a minimum of 20 Mbps for all users.
By keeping our user base intentionally small, we avoid the overcrowding that plagues larger VPN providers.
VPN use is legal in most countries, including all EU member states, the UK, and the US.
However, some countries restrict or prohibit VPN use (e.g., China, Iran, UAE). It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws.
